A piece of work or a partnership you're genuinely proud of, and what made it click?
I'm incredibly proud of launching our AI-powered paywall decisioning engine. Instead of showing every visitor the same experience, it uses AI to determine whether someone should see a subscription paywall, a newsletter gate, or free access based on their likelihood to subscribe. What made it successful wasn't just the AI—it was bringing together Product, Editorial, Audience Development, Analytics, and Revenue around a shared goal. It fundamentally changed how we think about audience segmentation, replacing one-size-fits-all experiences with intelligent, personalized decision-making. I believe that's where the future of publishing is headed.
What are you reading right now?
I'm currently on a Freida McFadden kick (the author of The Housemaid). I've made my way through about 15 of her books over the past six months!

Jay Shetty's On Purpose is always in rotation. I love how he turns big ideas into practical advice. He's actually one of the reasons I decided to become a life and career coach.

Taking more risks—in experiments, tough conversations, and the content I create. I've realized that growth usually lives just outside your comfort zone.
